This hotel is right across the street from the PuDong Ave metro stop (Line 4) which is great if you prefer getting around on the subway. The rooms are clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet goes on and on.

|
I prefer to get around Shanghai on the metro. I found line 4 to be a hassle. The trains aren't as frequent as other lines and I usually had to make one or two transfers to get where I needed to go. I prefer to say on line 1 or 2. |

The staff in the 24h restaurant is a bit slobby and not very attentive to the customer.
The electrical plug for hairdresser in the bathroom is not good, I noticed that in several rooms, when I stayed in this hotel before. |

Laundry fees were extremely expensive! >60EUR for about 10 pieces of laundry. |

Although I had booked a non-smoking room I got no room on a non-smoking floor.
I was told that I got a non-smoking room although I found a burning spot on the carpet. |
