Conceived as the “big brother” of the well established Lux 11, also located in Mitte, The Weinmeister is and 88-room property aimed at business travelers from the film, music, fashion and other creative fields, as well as leisure travelers. Very modern and stylisch hotelrooms.
Price-performance ration of breakfast is way to high. The breakfast is too expensive. The music in the lobby, bar and breakfast room was too loud and inacceptable. Would more suit to a disco but not in a hotel lobby and bar.

Sehr launchig würde Bernd das Brot sagen :-)
D.h. der Aufenthaltsraum (Die Launch?) ist recht laut und wird ständig mit Launch-Musik berieselt.
Wers mag....
In jedem Zimmer Apple Computer, für Internet und Fernsehen: für Fernsehen eher schlecht, würde normalen Fernseher vorziehen, außerdem: wer noch nie mit Apple gearbeitet hat, dürfte gewöhnungsprobleme haben, ist aber ne persönliche Meinung
Breakfast: Brot und Brötchen wirkten sehr aufgebacken, kein bischen frisch und sehr hart (mit dem beiligenden Messer konnte ich das Brot nicht teilen).
Wurst hatte überall versteckste Pelle.
Achtung: Die saftpresed ist elektrisch, aber das Kabel wird morgens anscheinend immer vergessen, einzustecken.
Kaffeeautomat mit Pads: wer das nicht kennt, vorher mal informieren, sonst hält man den verkehr auf :-)

Free Internet in every room either WLAN or via Appl Computer which is equipped in every room (!)
The hotel is very modern but I find it somehow not very practical:
- TV via Appl Computer: not very good, e.g. you cannot sitch off/on TV while lying in bed (only via mouse)
- no bed table near the bed (where shall you store stuff? I have a sleeping mask -> bad)
- lounge ambiente: but where too find all the switches for all the lamps (typical problem in many hotels)
This is a personal opinion: I think many people will like equippment and ambiente!

Great Hotel in Great Location!
We loved the stay and would recommend the Weinmeister to everyone. It was refreshing to stay in Berlin in this beautiful hotel after some average experiences in Croatia!

very interesting design and ideas, good operation, good location, very sympathetic, comfortable lobby, good bed and linen,
new design ideas do not alway result in good performance: rolling serviced tabe with too short cables for tv and computer, no chair in the room, fancy bed design with useless hard edges, strange armatures in shower, light games problematic

Real freindly staff, exclusive furniture, nice graffity art, good breakfast - Nespresso what else :)
toilett was in a separate little room (still inside your hotel room :)) without a possibilty to wash your hands; one person could not tell me how to navigate in Berlin
