November 2009
Good large room with all necessary facilities

Disliked the blacked out windows, for the price paid would have expected better! If I was staying more than one night would have asked for a room change. When booking asked if we required parking, but it was not explained there was no parking at the hotel, had to go to public carpark half a mile away.

October 2009
the location is excellent (Trafalgar Square and Embankment subway station)- the exterior of the hotel is beautiful - we didn't mind the construction going on in the vacinity

carpet was dirty and the bed cover had a dubious stain - sheets were never changed in 5 days - had to sign for a sizeable deposit for misc. which I have never encountered before. When we asked about the complimentary lounge advertised, we were snubbed "by invitation only". Also, notes left for the cleaning person were ignored

May 2009
Little known amongst colleagues and friends, but would definitely recommend the hotel in future.

Riverview room option would be attractive, even if with a little extra charge.
