Friendly staff
Breakfast prices are a rip-off. 48 RM for a small waffle is really expensive and they even tried to overcharge us since breakfast is split into buffet and a la carte the composition of which is complementary and so is the pricing. The check-in process was not well organized.

Location is fantastic.Staff is very friendly and helpful.View was very nice. Food court at the attached starhill gallery is excellent and has a wide spread of different cuisines.Great concept.Overall great experience.
For the quality of hotel the breakfast has a very small selection.
