Its in Ripon
Despite the name this Hotel is not a SPA hotel. On challenging this they claim it is the historic name of the town, poor excuse. Althought the facilities did not list this, it did not list anything. In that respect it is accurate - there is nothing. In ripon this week and have choosen a 15 mile round trip from a different hotel.
In addition, was asken on signing in if I needed an early check-out. I declined, but when checking out at 7:45 was told that reception was not open and I could not get my bill. Is this early?
