Right on the sea front and a great location.
It's a very good hotel if you're a heavy sleeper and don't care about damp.
The wait at reception for check in and check out amounted to just over an hour, which is totally unacceptable. Improvements are needed to run a more efficient reception area.
The door to our room had a big gap underneath it and a creaky floor outside. This woke us up a few times in the night when people were coming in late.
