"Reception lady was friendly but was the only member of staff I saw on duty. Room was fairly quiet but unfortunately no view of the sea"
 
"Food was quite poor. No parking except on the road. Not all rooms are sea-facing and the room is really small."

"The breakfast and dining room staff were good"
 
"We were given a top floor room, but the lift was out of order (and remained so during our stay). No one offered to help us carry the bags. In the room, the telephone and kettle were not plugged in, and I had to move furniture to find the sockets. After two days we moved to a ground floor room, in which the telephone did not work. Although we reported this to reception, and someone came to look at it, it was never fixed. The toilet door was warped, and jammed if it was closed. It took a hard kick to get it open again."
