Positive Very friendly staff and convenient location to convention centre. Within walking distance of the harbour. Negative Food options were not plentiful but the food that was served was okay.

Positive The staff is impeccable, the room facilities are very good, the decoration is very good, the lights! - you don't need to insert the card to have lights Negative Food options are terrible, is far away from the city center and a bit isolated as only international institutions are around, everyday they give you extra towels eventhough they have environment policies not do so

Positive Hotel's location close to the conference centre as well as city centre. Hotel is freshly renovated. Staff is very polite. Negative In-room Nespresso coffee machine has been removed during the stay without any notice, fitness equipment is without the proper maintenance, weights are partially missing.
