February 2011
The staff are helpful, and the rooms are spotless, nice location.

The rooms have all got hard floor surface, meaning that I got woked up at 2am in the morning because I heard gentleman in the next room to me coming into his room at that time, and he walked around his room for 30 minutes before he went off to sleep. It sounded like an elephant was in there!! Should have use carpet flooring or maybe a few carpets rugs would help!!!.

November 2010

Fire alarms due to technical problems on three consecutive days. Sometimes 4 times a day, one time at 06:30 AM. Everybody had to wait in pyjamas in the lobby but no excuse and no compensation. It's a no go!

Clean, good quality

extremly small rooms, just with a closed thin door to next room.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, not far away from undeground, easy to travel to other places in London (underground, bus)

Very, very small room, lobby and bar, for that price I would expect something much better. To get into the real central London you have to take underground - begining of Oxford Street (Hyde Park) is 20 minutes walking distance
