Good location; Good breakfast; traffic is good; Room is very clean
Facility is old: clock didn't work; no comb; Response time is a bit slow: I left the key in the room and it took 20 min for me to get in

Everything is very professional! Very friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. Excellent organization. For late departure a hospitality lounge is available.
So many small lights that are lightening up the room at night.
You always here noises from outside. It's never quiet, not even at night.

I got a better re-furnished room after complain to hotel manager
My first room in 14th floor is terrible. The quality is not good (air conditioner is not cold, very humid) and also the room is very old. I can't believe that Swissotel has that kind of room! Even I already complained to hotel manager for air conditioning problem, it takes almost 45 minutes since the engineer came to the room

- Nice view and convenient for walk around
- Made mistake on room check-in. Two different guest got the same key to access to same room. When i went to room/bathroom and another one accessed also and made the surprise for both

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean albeit on the small side.
Food & drink a very expensive in the hotel. Also, there could be better explanations of what is available to a guest after checkout if flights are leaving very late that day or very early the next morning. This is an issue in Singapore like most of the Far East. E.g. availibility of baggage storage & use of showers & other amenities.
