Reasonable price for a hotel in the middle of Madrid

Hotel provided a smoking room and did not have any alternatives, the noise level is "Spanish" loud, usually the cleaning personell and the other guests do not care about noise that wakes you up or doesn't let you sleep...at all

The rooms are great, and the hotel is well done. At least some of the rooms have a small kitchen with stove and microwave.

The hotel is in a quite shady street with strip clubs further on. When arriving late in the evening you are likely to be approached by people trying to get you into a strip club.
