The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cost was substantially lower than the Marriott Courtyard adjacent to the Wien Messe. (The Novotel is a 15-minute walk.) You are very close to a stop on Vienna's fabulous Underground.

|
Cheap furniture and an uncomfortable bed. There is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was okay. |

One bag of tea/coffee per day, water in the fridge. Abundance of taps. Both shower and bathtub.

|
Internet is horribly priced at 8 EUR/hour or 18 EUR/day. I find this ridiculous.
Parking costs 10 EUR/day which on the outskirts of town seems a bit high. The entrance to the parking garage is incredibly narrow.
I was asked for my SAP ID card when the only means of reserving the room is open for SAP employees.
Not enough towels in the room: the nighttime receptionist did not know the towel in English and couldn't give me any nor write it down for the morning shift. The cleaning lady brought more towels into the room when asked and later she promptly removed them when cleaning the room. |
