Naehe zum Bahnhof. Bett und Bad in Ordnung. Wir hatten um ein Nichraucherzimmer zur Hofseite gebeten und erhielten zunaechst ein Raucherzimmer. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns freundlicherweise ein Nichraucherzimmer einer hoeheren Kategorie zugewiesen, da keine Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie mehr frei waren.
 
Etwas triste Umgebung. Zur Strasse hin wohl etwas laut.

Perfect location for exploring Frankfurt, visiting the Messe and public transport. Our room was large, immaculately clean and had everything we needed.

Bed is ok, not too hard. --- Bett war ok, nicht zu hart.
 
Had to pay at Check-in time, usually this is a bad sign, and I do not like it at all. After some discussion I was finally allowed to see the room first. If you happen to have your room towards the tramway then sleep is only a few hours possible. I requested a quiet room, but none was available she said. --- Musste schon beim Einchecken bezahlen, ist oft in lausigen Hotels der Fall. Nach etwas Diskussionen durfte ich wenigstens das Zimmer vorbesichtigten. Das Zimmer sah allerdings freundlich aus. Aber wenn das Zimmer auf der Seite der Strassenbahn liegt, ist Schlaf nur ein paar Stunden möglich, denn das Tram quitscht um die Kurven. Meine Anfrage nach ruhigem Zimmer wurde/konnte nicht erfüllt werden.

staff extremely helpful and professiona
 
battery went flat in room lock and i was locked out for an hour waiting for an engineer...however this was just an unfortunate incident and the staff were extremely helpful and aplogetic...no complaints. just bad luck

5 mins from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Quiet, clean, spacious.
 
No negative comments. It is away from the main city area, but it's only a short walk to the busy area.

rooms quite nice and clean, wifi is very easy to be accessd, and very close to Frankfurt Main Hbf.
 
I only stay there for 2night, haven't got time to find...

New Hotel ( furniture etc. )! Timber flooring ! Friendly Check In - Staff !
 
Surrounding "Bahnhof-Area" ! Way from Station to Hotel not really safe during nighttime( drunk people, homeless etc. )! No In-Room Safe !

Very nice hotel! The hotel is less than a year old (staff said it opened September 2010) and it definitely shows. The room in which I stayed was well-designed. Within comfortable walking distance from main train station. Complimentary broadband access adds to the value the hotel offers. I believe I visited during a time without major events on the fair grounds which may have influenced room pricing and availability.
 
The hotel's surroundings could be a bit nicer; however, it seems that's already fully acknowledged by the room pricing that I enjoyed.
