Stanys – Das Apartmenthotel is the place to be when it comes to temporary accommodation in Vienna. Guests are offered space, simplicity, room for living and a central location with excellent transport connections. The hotel is perfect for guests interested in arts and culture, as well as for business travellers, short-stay and long-stay guests.

In 1968, the structure was built as a tenement building with flats comprising 30 to 36 m² and furnished in 1960s style. In 2007, the building was remodelled into a apartment hotel by a team of young architects.

Stanys – Das Apartmenthotel offers 36 refurbished apartments with a generous layout and a size of 36 to 52 m². Some apartments have a balcony facing south and a kitchenette. The apartments provide a bathroom with shower, towel heater and toilet, a kettle, as well as a coffee making machine (including 2 tabs of coffee on arrival), a direct dial telephone, cable TV, laptop safe, desk, fridge (filled with 2 small bottles of non-alcoholic drinks per guest) and free Wi-Fi.
