The superior room was beautifully decorated and had a balcony facing the lake. It was nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a bath robe and essential toiletries. No complaints about the breakfast either. Good location when arriving by train, right next to the train station but not as close as to create any problem with the noise.
During our three day stay, we used the instant coffee provided and new ones were never brought. The mugs were not washed either. The residents of the next door room came home from a bar late at night and their noise woke me up. There should be zero tolerance for afterparties in business hotels like this. The price is rather high for a small town hotel.
