Great staff. Speak English and other languages well. Willing to give detailed directions for various locations in the city, Arrived early (noon), no problem.
If new to Helsinki, take a taxi from city center or railway station. The location is difficult to find even with a map. Helsinki's sometimes semi-circular street, or winding streets are confusing. Also street that are only 1 block long. Street names are long (in Finnish/Swedish) and are sometimes not on the maps. MOST NEGATIVE, saunas aare not available at night except at a sister hotel approximately 1 block away.
