the quietest room I've ever slept in and sublimely comfortable beds. Pretty good value room service.Very convenient for an early morning flight.

Rather difficult to get an early check in after we had arrived off a 30 hour flight at 5.30 am. and were checking out the same time next day. ( not 12 noon as is allowed) a little grace would have been good under those circumstances. The staff were not very accomodating and we had to wait in the lobby for hours (too tired to do anything else). |

perfect location for anyone with an early morning flight from Terminal 5

Called my room twice after I cancelled an alarm call which was annoying given that I cancelled it because I was already awake and did not want to be disturbed by the phone ringing. |

Unfortuntately the room service is extremely poor. They don't answer the phones - I rang for 10 mins - and had to get the concierge to ring. After 45 minutes ( I had asked for a pot of tea) a metal jug arrived with 3 teabags floating in tepid water. I have never known anything like it. The room fridges are not stocked at all with anything except 2 bottles of water (small). Also the telephone did not work - I had to ring again to have it connected. It's a pity, as this hotel will drag Sofitel down considerably. I am a sofitel priviledge member as well as a Sheraton Preferred guest, and know a poor hotel when I see one. |

Major problem in that hotel e-mailed me with a telephone number which came up as unavailable, several others on your website were unavailable. The hotel wasn't listed in directory enquiries. I wouldn't use the hotel in the future for that reason alone. |

Staff extremely helpfull to us (foreign tourists)hope that this attitude continues.
