Perfectly located if you have to stay at "La Defense" for 2 or more days. Equally not far to Paris down town because of very close metro and RER station.

Full service hotel, friendly staff

Relatively slow reaction on fire-alarm that turned out to be false in the end: some guests were still standing outside in nightwear, without anybody of the staff getting them in again.

- Very Elegant - Comfortable bed - If you book a breakfast as well, you can have in your room without adtional cost. - Friendly and competent staff

- More for business travels. - The Entrance is from a tunnel. - Not Easy to find with a Navigation System. - It could take at least half an hour to reach Champs-Elysées by car in Rush Hours. - You need at least 1.5 hour to reach Gare de l'Est by car in Rush Hours. (1 hour by Taxi and around 40 Euros)

staff friendly

staff is terrible: 1. unable to find my reservation 2. wrong pricing both at check-in and check-out 3. car valet unable to start car (!) And I am not even talking bout the fire alarm going off at 3.30 am leaving us outside the hotel for 1 hour. Turned out to be a short-curcuit in the air cond. system.

Hotel has been renovated and is quite nice and the rooms are very modern and up to date for a business traveller. Very close to metro stop. Front desk persons are very helpful and aim to please

Room service was horrible and food selection very limited. Service was poor.
