Meine Hemdtasche war auf einmal weg. Als ich an der Rezeption nachfragte hatte man die Hemdtasche angeblich in der Lobby "gefunden". Ich weiß genau, dass ich diese aber auf meinem Koffer liegen hatte als ich aus dem Zimmer gegangen bin. Wie die Hemdtasche auf einmal Füße bekommen haben soll weiß ich auch nicht ......

Sehr guter Qualitätsstandard in allen Bereichen
Leider ergaben sich Unanehmlichkeiten. Mein Koffer, den ich morgens beim check in bei einer Dame abgegeben habe, war nachmittags, als ich das Zimmer beziehen wollte, einige Zeit nicht mehr auffindbar. Außerdem gab es zeitliche Verzögerungen am nachmittag, bis mir mein Zimmer zugeteilt werden konnte. Mein Name, den die erste Dame vormittags notiert wurde, von der zweiten Dame nachmittags im System nicht wiedergefunden. Hier hätte eine bessere Abstimmung zwischen den beiden beteiligten Damen erfolgen müssen. Diesen Faux pas würde ich in einem Hotel diesen Standards nicht vermuten.

- very modern & clean rooms, comfortable beds, good room size
- located directly at Munich main station, close to the city
- Wellness & sports area under renovation, but the receptionist at check-in announced it as great and open
- Water was not refilled during the day and I had to call twice until someone finally brought some new water
- Hair dryer is very heavy and uncomfortable to use (you have to press a - strangely located- button all the time)
- Staff always says "Bonjour", even at night

This newly refurbished former postal headquarters into the SOFITEL BAYERPOST is an excellent headquarters for your stay in Munich...be it business or pleasure! Conveniently located near the central train station it allows easy access to the city. The hotel's "human resources" are extremely competent! A strong favourite!

It's a beatyful hotel with very friendly staff. I am happy to visit you again.
The aircondition or the exhaust-air plant was a little bit loud. Anyway, I fall into sleep and it really could be that the noise finished soon after this.

Staff was quite unfriendly (esp. bellhops and baggage porters) for a luxury hotel.
Breakfast didn't match expectations for a luxury hotel (e.g. ordinary and standard food selection, no exotic fruits or other differentiators)
