Welcome to Smile-Hotel Garni Nuremberg

Arrival until 07:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made

The owner-operated Smile-Hotel enjoys a central location in the outskirts of the historic old town. The underground, tram and bus stations, called "Plärrer", are a 3 minute walk away. From there you can reach the airport, the main train station as well as Nuremberg´s Exhibition Centre.

Our peaceful rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms (shower, WC) and cable-TV. WLAN (Hot Spot) is also available. On request we offer shared rooms or family-rooms. The apartments and the studios feature their own kitchenette.

We have parking lots for your vehicles (including vans) as well as lockable garages. When making your reservation, please tell us exactly what you require.

Nuremberg´s historical Old Town with its Castle as well as many wonderful sights, like the famous pedestrian area, the IMAX-Cinema Centre and a huge variety of top restaurants are easy to reach on foot.

Credit Cards are not accepted.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the old town. The room was spacious and spotless. The free parking in our own lockable garage meant we could leave things in the car without worrying. We received a very warm welcome from the owners. A very pleasant experience overall.

What a friendly and welcoming staff. We were given information about the area and directions to all the sights. Breakfast was very nice. We were in town for the Christmas Markets and the staff advised us to take extra care while in the crowded market. Two days later we saw a posting from the Munich police to take care as well at their markets. Nice to see a hotel take such concern for their guests. The room we had was a triple and it was larger then expected. More then enough room for all of us and our bags...so many rooms are small and cramped,but not the Smile Hotel. We left with a Smile.

it is necessary a frige in the room....because it's a family room and the tourists have children which wants some things to put in the frige..milk, cake, etc...

A friendly greeting. Safe parking place. Large rooms. Ideal for families. Excellent breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Altstatd, Shopping Mall and many of the museums. Highly recommended.

Very friendly people, clean and quiet, ideal position. Next to u-bahn station and the old city.I would recomend it to a friend. You may say it is not a modern hotel but it has everything you need.

Good price, good location, ideal for a family, lots of space!
 
Although the location is a positive, it is also noisy at night in the center - especially weekend we were there. It was too hot to sleep with windows shut so it wasn't a very peaceful night. I'm sure that would be true of any hotel in the center, unless it has air conditioning - which is rare here.
