My room, # 209, had a very pleasant 'appearance' and was spacious.

The acoustical isolation from other rooms was insufficient, e.g., one (early) evening I heard a (female soprano) singer rehearse some exercises for quite a while. Very penetrating !

Right down town, walking distance to the Market, Key Arena, Seattle Center, and Seattle Space Needle. Everything was great, staff was polite and accommodating.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11 am. $15 for parking wasn't stated on the site.
