Special Condition Updated Transient Occupancy Tax We want to make you aware of a new assessment that will become effective January 1, 2008. Last month the San Diego Hotel and Motel Association members voted to approve a marketing assessment of 2% at all hotels in the city of San Diego with more than 70 guest rooms.
