Follow the signs to Vancouver, over the Arthur Laing Bridge. Take the Granville Street exit off the Arthur Laing Bridge and follow Granville Street for approximately 10 miles. Cross the Granville Street Bridge into the downtown core and take the Seymour Street exit. Seymour is a one way street heading north. Follow Seymour Street to Helmcken. Turn left on Helmcken and continue to the end of the street (three blocks). This hotel is in DIRE need of a refresh; walls are marked, dirty, wallpaper peeling; staff are indifferent; restaurants understaffed; late night staffing is minimal (had to wait for valet to park) - would NOT recommend

Very nice hotel, nice location. Convenient Starbucks in lower lobby.
Room was not cleaned during one day of my stay. I asked reception for the reason several times and did not receive any adequate response. At times, certain reception colleagues were rude and uninterested, unhelpful.

good location in down town, starbucks on the lower lobby floor. They had 'think green' program that would give you C$5 per day if you give up room cleaning.
breakfast too expensive. My room had a door to the next room and I could hear every noise from the other room

The internet connection failed once and the technical support was not able to resolve the problem. I requested for a call-back once the problem is resolved but the technical support did not do it. This was not the level of service that I expected.
