The Hotel is divided into three main buildings: Sheraton Golf 1, 2 & 3 and is surrounded by more than 85 hectares of green with the internationally renowned and exclusive Golf Club Parco de’ Medici. it is the ideal location for an undisturbed stay away from smog, noise and the traffic of the city centre. It is the perfect location for meetings, coffee breaks and business lunches, with its large and bright meeting rooms with natural daylight and their glass windows overlooking the swimming pools or the green of the golf course. Its vast outdoor and indoor spaces make it the perfect place for any kind of event.

The Hotel has 818 rooms of different types. All of them are equipped with safe deposit boxes, sprinklers, smoke detectors, electronic locks and furnished with fireproof materials as required by Italian law. They are luminous, soundproofed, comfortable and warm, with minibar, hair drier, pay tv channels & radio and Wi-Fi coverage, Sweet Sleeper Bed, armchair or sofa, writing  desk or table. All the bathrooms have a bathtub with shower and some of them also have an independent shower box. Rooms are available for smokers and for non smokers. Many of them are with parquet floor.
