Staff was courteous and competent. The staff in the restaurant was very cordial and the food was outstanding.

I might suggest a better way for travelers to move 4-5 pieces of luggage from the hotel to terminal 2.

convenient location

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight. I had to rush through breakfast because I had about 15 between when breakfast started and when I needed to start heading towards the plane. when I made a recommendation to the receptionist's desk, they said that that offered tea, coffee and croissants as an alternative. I would rather have a lower rate and breakfast al a carte than pay (effectively) 16 euro for a croissant. Poor service. worse attitude

Great Lounge, if you get access to it. Good Food and complete breakfast, including hot dishes!

Not easy to get a cheap rate. Hotel is quite expensive and overpriced, but you can find good last minute deals. Breakfast at 32€ is overpriced. Try to get access to the BUsiness lounge wjere you can have it for free.

My flight arrived at 7:45am, and I was to check in at 3pm. but since I had no other plans that day other than resting from an overseas flight, I walked over to the hotel at about 8:30am and asked if my room might be available any sooner than 3pm. They had a room available already! This was great I was able to check in so early. I really appreciated this! I selected this hotel due to its convenience location at the airport.

due to the convenience of the location at the airport, the pricing is also higher than other comparable hotels. I understand this is due to the convenience and am willing to pay this in situations where I need that convenience. But most times I try to stay somewhere less costly.

The hotel locatión is ideal and overall worth the premium obe has to pau for it

the mauntenance of the facilities is not up to the premium status of the hotel, especially since I upgraded to a club room where the shower wall was leaking and the bathroom floor was flooded after a shower. Also, the club room level rooms have no turn down service which I found disappointing

Very well run hotel. Worth the convenience, the room was comfortable and the amenities appropriate.

I'm a bit disappointed about internet access - clearly they're making a fortune off of business travelers, and breakfast is EXPENSIVE.

The only positive is that it is very quiet given the proximity to the airport

Absolutely terrible hotel. The staff are grumpy, the room/corridor is not clean, and worst of all, the hotel is not safe. In my opinion my room was an extremely dangerous place to be and I would be very surprised if it conformed to health and safety legislation. The window was screwed shut using about 20 screws and the glass was reinforced using embedded 10mm chicken wire and there was no emergency hammer. So if there was a fire in the corridoor and I could not get out of the door of my room, I would be dead. There was not even the chance to open the window a little bit to allow fresh air in and survive by breathing that - my only option would have been to die from the fumes coming into my room.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. Great location for early morning flights.

For the price of the room I would expect a complete tub and shower. My room had only a small shower with a curtain. Water was an inch thick on the floor when I was done showering.

The room was very warm - too warm to sleep - I called down to the desk for help and received limited assistance!! Then when I checked out in the morning it seemed they purposely did not ask how the room was because they knew I was not happy!! Will not stay here again.
