- Nice rooms
- Reserved room not available
- After 20min waiting -> room upgrade to executive floor but no comment that no access to executive area for breakfast
- Breakfast quality not on a 5-star international level - from my point of view for sure not worth 207 CNY + 15% service tax (>35 USD) - I skipped breakfast after the first morning
- House keeping just entering the room
- House keeping not closing the door properly (room was accessible without room card!!)
- Taxi to airport booked for wrong time (5:30 am instead 4:30 am)
- WiFi did not reach the room to be able to use IPad

staff are friendly with warm smile; room is all right, the only thing is I reserved 1 bed room but got a 2 beds room, but it is ok. If there's some fruit can be served for every day would be much better, coz' I have no time to buy some myself and some others hotel have this service.

Location is convenient to reach or go out
I live with only 1 person, but hotel offer me 2 beds room, and try to excuse themselves while I check-in, secondly wireless in room was not available and discuss long time with staff to come and fix it
