  Unfriendly and arrogant ladies at reception. The whole stay a succession of horrors.

 The hotel is located near the park, close to metro and bus station and to some of the touristic attractions of London. Very clean and nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Internet available in the lobby, as well as in the room. The window was to a small street, during the night it was quiet enough.
  The room and bathroom were small, but this appears to be normal by London standards.
