On a quite spot along the steep entrance to the castle and along the old city wall with a marvelous panorama of the Broken and the enchanting city of Wernigerode you will find the Schlossberg Hotel Wernigerode. The hotel is a harmonious liaison of two not only historically interesting buildings: the "Kammerbotenhaus" built in 1750 as half-timbered house and the privy council house built in 1874 in baronial style.
The stylish suites are gladly used as family rooms and for weddings as well. All rooms are comfortably equipped. Furthermore, single and double rooms have a special charm. They are all equipped with shower/WC or bath/WC, desk, telephone, satellite -TV, radio, internet and mini bar. In addition, fitness room and sauna are available. Guests are allowed to park their vehicles on the private and lockable parking space as well.
The hotel offers beside a chimney room, a rustic and comfortable restaurant (30 seats) which is situated in the basement vault of the half-timbered house called "Am Schlossberg" with terrace café and beer garden (20 seats).
In addition, we provide service programs like “Relaxation and Recreation” or “Beauty and Wellness” that will do your body, spirit and soul good.
