located in the city center. breakfast is ok (average in a positive way)
overall hotel was for sure modern and nice - in the 80s/early 90s. now: worn out all over. needs urgent renovation. room not really clean - I do not like hairs from someone else and dirty glases in the room. climate can not be switched off - makes noise all night.

A good business hotel in general.
The room I had was the smallest ever I had in a 4-star business hotel. It seems to be the room at the end of the corridor, somehow squeezed in between the last normal room and the buildings end.
That spoils the price performance ratio. I would come back - but only in a normal room.
