Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä Helsinki

Please educate your staff to meet with the international standards. Simple "hello" "good morning" and "good evening" would be just the very basic things. I spend more than 150 days in a hotel annually (on global basis) and I must say that your hotel is ranked at the very bottom of my list and I do not return to this hotel unless my company so request and even then I must reconsider.

The street noise and was quite loud in the room. Change of room was promised in the morning, but it was not taken care of. The personnel had a bit undermining attitude.

Noisy from trams and trains. Order the taxi's well in advacnce in working days.

No mini bar or coffee making facilities in room

I would have liked a mini bar.

The room was too warm and the air did not feel fresh

The menue and quality of the restaurant could be better.

Gym door set on winter time; morning guests had to pick key prom reception. Gym equipment not well maintained.

Room key did not work first, had to go back to reception :(

Nothing at all...
