Very good and fast internet connection. The hotel is located centrally.
 
Very expensive, especially the restaurant and the bar. The shower is not separated. After usage the entire bathroom is wet. The bed is very small.

Good location.
 
Please educate your staff to meet with the international standards. Simple "hello" "good morning" and "good evening" would be just the very basic things. I spend more than 150 days in a hotel annually (on global basis) and I must say that your hotel is ranked at the very bottom of my list and I do not return to this hotel unless my company so request and even then I must reconsider.

The street noise and was quite loud in the room. Change of room was promised in the morning, but it was not taken care of. The personnel had a bit undermining attitude.

I would recommend this hotel based on its location and acceess to city center.
 
Noisy from trams and trains. Order the taxi's well in advacnce in working days.

Gym door set on winter time; morning guests had to pick key prom reception. Gym equipment not well maintained.

Friendly and polite staff. Large room. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Excelent location for shopping. Central location, but very little street noise.

I can really understand why this Hotel was voted "Best Hotel Of The Year 2007" in Helsinki. Everything was Perfect. I will for sure book this hotel on my furture visits.
