Business hours of reception: from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

To complete our normal check-in procedures the following will be required on your arrival:

·         £200.00 refundable deposit (for extras and/or damages); Credit Card payment is recommended as it will be refunded only after our housekeeper completing your inventory check with-in 72 hours after your departure. See our Terms and Conditions for more information;

·         £100.00 refundable deposit (for car park remote control-applicable only if using our car park; car parking fee £24.00 per night per car

·         Payment in full

·         Passport copy (if non UK resident) / driving license / Valid Identification

·         Registration card to be filled in with contact details

·         Credit card details used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival.  

Keys will be issued only after completing all of the above

Extra person:

Cots for infants up to 3 years for £12 per night and extra beds for children 3-10 years for £36 per night. Only one baby cot/extra bed per apartment.

Summer bookings

Please note that all bookings from 1st June through to 15th September, 2012 are inclusive of our Premium Service, which includes daily maid service Monday through Friday and complimentary access to Health club with gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

Cancellation/Policy during Olympic 2012 period

-         £500 deposit 

-        Payment upfront/non refundable 

-        Subject to change and availability without prior notice 

-        Minimum 7 nights stay
