Our discerning clientele feel right at home in this beautiful hotel. Our friendly staff at reception will be happy to assist you 24/7, e.g. with a friendly wake-up service.

We offer you a safe for the storage of your important documents, money or jewellery while you are staying in our hotel. Stay current using the convenient wireless internet provided by the hotel. All 27 of our comfy rooms have private bathrooms; some have balconies as well. Be sure to ask if a room with a balcony is available when booking!

Wahrscheinlich haben die Hotelbesitzer fruehere negative Kritiken gelesen und sich zu Herzen genommen. Ich fand in verkehrsguenstig gelegenes, trotzdem absolutes ruhiges Hotel vor, mit geraeumigem, sauberem Zimmer und Bad, akzeptablem Fruehstueck und hilfsbereitem Personal. Absolut top value for money!

The hotel is very elegant and cosy. The lobby and the staircase with stone steps are fantastic! Our room was very spacious with 2 large windows and big TV. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it's possible to reach the Prague city centre by foot or to go to the nearest tube station - sth like 5 mins and go 3-4 stops to reach the best of Prague. Great value for money.
 
Copying our ID's at reception desk upon arrival - felt a little bit like at the police station. Lack of public parking near the hotel, no wi-fi in rooms.

Great location, pleasant room, excellent value. The view out the balcony was gorgeous, especially with the snow!
 
There was no fresh fruit available for breakfast, nor was it possible to make hot drinks in the room, or anywhere in the hotel, after breakfast. As it was very cold outside, it would have been nice to make this service available. Staff were not terribly accomodating.
