Great location, friendly front desk and restaurant staff, free courtesy bus to and from airport
Rooms are old, aircon is not cold, very noisy as near the main roads and tram lines, rooms are old and needs a new uplift, breakfast food lacking in variety and quality

The St. Sofia is actually two hotels; I was placed in the Zeynep Sultan, less that a block away. The rooftop breakfast tables were charming; the staff helpful. The room is small, but only by USA standards. It is typical Euro-small, and was very clean and well-kept.
