Great location on Royal Ramblas. the room we had was on the 2nd floor completely renovated with granite counters, travertine shower/tub. tolet and bedeh. all ammenities except tissue paper. we would stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

1. there was no help bringing in the bags from the taxi to elevator. 2. not sure about a sports area? 3. it's a very lively street but with the windows closed we had no problem they are sound proof. You could not sleep if the window was open. We kep on the air condition. Our room faced Royal Ramblas street.

Very nice hotel, ideal location at Las Ramblas. Spacious room, nice bathroom, neat and clean and freshly refurbished.

Nothing really, except that the rooms facing the main street could pick up some noise. We had a room facing a side alley and it was nice and quiet.

While being right on Las Ramblas, I heard nothing in my room even after a Spanish victory over Portugal in the World Cup....two independent windows, one within the other kept the room quiet and the air conditioning kept it nice and cold.

Location, location, location! I cannot express how much what a great area this was. I passed along many of the other hotels we had looked at but none beat our final decision. Being adventurous, every road we took, led us to another great area. The hotel was new and modern. What a great find!

Surprisingly enough, I thought Las Ramblas would have brought in more noise but instead it was a very loud mother and her kids slamming the door and shouting late in the night. Cleaning did not always provide fresh towels and hotel staff did not always seem knowledgeable. However, I would go back again!

Great location and helpful staff. Modern and updated rooms.

The noise level in the room was not conducive to a good nights sleep. I heard every noise from the adjoining rooms as well as those above me. Slamming doors could be heard throughout the night.

The hotel is located on Barcelona’s famous promenade very near to main shopping areas.

We booked a non-smoking room, but had a room full of smoke; when we complained they asked us to open the window and claimed it was the only available room (athough we checked-in by 2:30pm). The covers smelled and towels had bad oder. The pictures displayed is not what we had. We would not pay that high rate for such a room.
