Great Location. Right next to Orchard Street and the MRT station. Easy accessibility to other parts of the city. Good value for money. The food was very delicious as well. In room dining staff and the front desk staff were very friendly.
 
None thus far. Perhaps if I look really hard I might have a point in my next visit there ;)

Situated right in middle of the shopping district of Singapore. For me, it meant taxis were easy to get, could do some quick shopping even after a late day at work and lots of lots of eating places around to try. The room cleanliness, facilities available were excellent. The best thing was the mini bar was complimentary and replenished every day. Check in check out was a breeze and room services were prompt.
 
Not much view out of the windows, unless you are staying in the premium high floors. Early check in, late check out facilities could not be availed as apparently the hotel was going on full booking

Only the location if you want as near Orchard road
 
-Room smelled like after water incident. -Staff a bit agressive and not customer oriented. I arrived, tired, at 11pm. The check-in took nearly 30mn. My credit card didn't work for the pre-authorization. I proposed to bring my second cc the next morning. It was refused in a tough way...I had to search for my cc in my luggage (already in the room)... - Compared to the 3 other hotels I did in Singapore it was the worse and one of the most expensive...
