Residenza delle Città is located in the heart of Milan in a strategic position, a few hundred meters from the Central Station and three different underground lines.
The Residence has 31 apartment between Studio, Two Rooms Apartments and Junior Suites on the attic floor with private balcony every one featuring a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge and boiler. The bathroom is in pink marble with shower or bathtub and hairdryer.
Every apartment takes advantage of: FREE WI-FI connection, TV HD 32" or 26", SKY TV, FITNESS CENTRE, individual AIR CONDITIONING, direct telephone line, buzzer, complete soundproofing, security door and 2 safety boxes. The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday, on request during the week-end, and the linen is changed two times per week.
Among the services at the Guest disposal the INTERNAL PARKING (Euro 12,00 24H), EXTRA BED (Euro 20,00 per night), laundry room, outside dry cleaning service and a spacious terrace for your relax.
