Very friendly staff, near the main station, dom and other attractions. We had a very pleasent stay and would book again at any time.

We did not like the coffee pad machine at all, very poor quality coffee. Also the coffee cups were too big to fill up. The water kettle lid did not close.

I was highly impressed by the overall experience at this hotel. Our apartment was bigger than expected and closer to the cathedral and sights that we could ever have hoped. The price was very reasonable and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cologne.

Large, quiet apartment just minutes from the main train station. Great pillows and nice bedding. Basic utensils included in kitchen.

Internet access is too expensive. 10 hours for 18 euro with limit of 1 GB. Elevators are a bit slow. Could have more English-speaking channels. Would have preferred a tub in the bathroom - not a drain in the middle of the floor.

1- Good location. 2- Spacious 3- quiet 4- Very good value for money

1- limited toilet amenities. 2- No telepone line in the bed room ( although there is one line in the setting section). 3- No air conditioning in rooms
