Extremely good for those who suffer allergies as the hardwood floors are clean and dust free. Excellent staff and good, plentiful, and secure parking.

The Residenz Hotel is connected to the Residenz Altenheim. The rooms are therefore also usable to lodge local elderly residents. It also means that the room we booked was fully equiped to deal with these elderly residents and was fully adapted to deal with possible disabilities of the residents (wheelchair friendly etc.). Also the room consisted of a living room and kitchen. TV is situated in the living room and not in the Bed room.

When we arrived at the Hotel the entrance was being used by several mini-buses loading and unloading elderly people in wheelchairs. We learned that the Hotel is partially used as an old peoples residence. We therefore decided not to stay. There was no indication of this in descriptions of the Hotel.
