standard international hotel, no more, no less
We used the conference room and support and this was positive.
I do not know why the have such poor ratings. Parking? well, you could park on the street and walk, price? it is Zurich and an intnl hotel

After I arrived at the Zurich Airport, the Shuttlebus brought me to the hotel after a 5min drive.
The hotel is situated near Zurich Downtown and the Business Districts, making it an ideal base for Business travellers.
Even though the hotel is next to a Traffic Mainstream, the room was absolutely quiet and I could sleep very well.
The Breakfast Buffet was large and offered standard Breakfast as well as local specialities that get you fit for the day.
The Hotel staff, from the Front Desk as well as restaurant and bar, always gave me the feeling of being welcome. They were enthusiastic at any time and knew their professions.
All in All I can say, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
