Studio rooms are large and have a decent view onto the city. Located relatively close to public transportation and quite a few restaurants (North Beach) are in walking distance.
Windows didn't shut tightly, which resulted in more street noises filtering into the room at night.

Good location
I had a room right next to the cable car line therefore it was very loud in my room.
Other than that in the room descriprion there was a shuttle service to the SAP office mentioned which isn't the case and was very unfortunate!!

No Snacks or Mini Bars. They are very annoying to have in a room.
The room looks and feels cozy and comfortable.
The location of the hotel surely gives you a workout due to a very steep hill.
The elevators are very slow and they do not make any noise when it arri ves.
