Positive Good location in Midtown, with access to multiple area restaurants and sights. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the television has WebTV features including Netflix and Hulu, although you need a personal subscription to use them. Negative I had to wait for more than half an hour at the counter since the booking was not traceable. Front desk staff was not courteous and helpful. Shall never stay in this hotel ever. I am surprised that Bosch has recommended this hotel.
