Only two: 1. Since they accomodate international guests I think they should have at least English texts in addition to German. 2. Wireless internet should be complementary. This has been my experience in all the other hotels in different parts of the world

Great service!

Never really knew what was on TV. It would be good to have a tv guide or something. I just flipped aimlessly at different times to find something I enjoyed. Also, when flipping to the next station it is frustrating that it goes black and pauses. No TV Guide is ok if the flipping was instant, but when you wait seconds before each station comes on it gets frustrating.

Has all the amenities of what an American would need and expect. Nice rooms and lots of services of a higher-end hotel

Parking. Insufficient and tight. I had a luxury 4 door car and had difficulty parking in the garagage. Every night was a game if I would find a spot. Mostly there are not enough parking spots and I was forced to fing a parking on the street away from the hotel. This was very upsetting epecially since I was paying to park and was staying at a higher-end hotel for the week. If there is a party at the hotel, the visitors have the same parking rights as a person spending large euros to stay the week. This upset me (to say it nicely)especially since I was with my wife and 6 year old son. Breakfast was expensive for a family. My son (6) would have had to pay 20 euros like an adult for breakfast.

Very nice stay.

The hotel was not aware we wanted to have a non smoking room even though it was specified in our booking and because of lack of availability we had to stay in a smoking room.

The service staff is extremely professional and accomodating. The location of the hotel is excellent - within walking distance of Ettlinger Tor (shopping center) and Kaiserstrasse (pedestrian shopping district with multiple department stores and smaller shops). While there are many restaurants in walking distance, the Zum Markgrafen restaurant in the Renaissance is an excellent choice for both quality and value.

Nice, well located hotel near the schloss area, right across from a Edeka market which is open 8:00-22:00, very convenient. Telephone/internet "call shops" are located nearby within easy walking distance.

There is a underground two-level parking. However it costs 12 Euros per day to park there and the parking spots are tight.
