The Elite upgrade is very positive, nice clean neat rooms.

The hotel lies in the middle of nowwhere at the airport and the shuttle downtown operates not long enough to take part in the night life downtown.The outside pool is not useable during most time of the year.

We stayed at 8 hotels in our 21-day trip, and this was the best. It is located within a few blocks of all of downtown Barcelona, and right across the street from the metro and funicular. The room was very attractive, spacious, clean, and well appointed. The price is simply amazing for the quality of the room.

No negative comments. There is some city noise when the windows are open, but with them closed and draped, the noise is minimal.

the hotel rooms and facilities and food was very good as described.

reception staff charged our credit card several times and blocked it that way, because of exceeding the limit.then they asked even for cash as a safety although we found out through our bank,that they charged the credit card already.that way they ruined our whole stay.we had to find out everything ourselves with callimg our bank in germany and tell the hotel general manager what had happened.they were all friendly but very unaware of what they were doing.
