Prices of food and drink from the hotel bar, restaurant and room service are a little too expensive.

Staff very friendly, clean rooms, great for the money.

They need a restaurant that's open all day that's a bit more affordable. Also, a shuttle to the Christmas Markets would be a nice addition, even if we had to pay a little.
