Positive Other than that the staff was very helpful and at least tried to get us a different room. Apart from being a smoking room, the room was very comfortable and big, so was the bathroom. Negative I'd have rated many of the above points (e.g. room quality) much better if we hadn't been given a room were smoking was permitted. Positive Great value hotel with all the advantages of a higher class of hotel. Convenient location and lovely staff. Negative Had originally booked to arrive on 11 June for 2 nights but amended to 10 June for 2 nights. Hotel only had original booking reference so we lost out on the included breakfast price we had wanted.
