Rooms are modern very comfortable, the hotel is easy to reach from the highway and the staff are frendly and accommodating.
The hotel is actually 7km from the city-centre- so "close" is a bit mis-leading ! During our stay (8th August) the health suite was still under-construction and not usable. Rooms in the central block are not air-conditioned- only in the outer wings. Many coach-touring companies use this hotel and the large groups they bring lead to some quite long queues at the dinner buffet.

I ordered a room which should be accessible for a wheelchair user. I got a perfectly equipped room with 'connection-door' to another room where my assistant could sleep - and I should only pay for 1 room. Excellent!!
I made a note on my order on hotel.de and asked the hotel to confirm directly to me that a room for a wheelchair user has been booked. The hotel didn't confirm this and I had to find their email adress and send them an email directly (which they answered)
