the room cleaning service - very good and on time - when you left the room you were always guaranteed to return back to a clean room

tv in our room not very good, channels kept flicking on and off, also accidently spilt some tea leaves on the floor and noticed the cleaner had made up beds etc but the spilt tea leaves were still on the floor....

The rooms are spacious and very nice furnished.

The rooms to the front side are noisy - the cable cars passing by starting at 6 a.m The Ramada Hotel is about 15 Minutes by Bus or Taxi away from Central Station.

Tv Programms Safe Big rooms

No free internet access --> 25 HK$ for one hour. (as described on Homepage) Very hard bed cigarettes smell --> I ordered non smoking room

I was glad that the room was bigger and cleaner than I expected. Although the hotel was a little far from the central station, I was not much a problem because there was a shuttle bus in a timely manner.

I felt very cold in the room. As it could get very cold in winter even in Hong Kong, I would appreciate if there is not only a cooling system but also a heating system. I would be more satisfied if there is a bus tub and breakfast is included.

Older style Ramada Hotel but with good location. Direct tram link outside the hotel into Central Hong Kong. Room was upgradred to harbour view and staff were attentive
