This was our 3rd visit, and previously we were highly satisfied..............
.........on this occasion we were unfortunate in suffering both a wedding celebration and a bus load of teenagers on tour.
Our room, above the main entrance, and exterior smoking area, was appallingly noisy. There seemed to be no one in charge. We made our complaint on departure, and were given a small reduction, and it was suggested that we enquire if any weddings were booked, at the time of our next booking.
