Friendly staff, great location, well designed bar and restaraunt with good food and not too expensive for an airport hotel.
 
The gym needs more than one running machine.

Extremely comfortable rooms with very modern furniture and fittings. Wellness center is a welcome diversion on cold wintery Hamburg nights. The free internet (absolute necessity) is top quality, easily the fastest i've experienced in a German hotel. The food in the resto is also top quality and very well served
 
The food and wine in the restaurant is a bit pricey

Very nice hotel. Even i stayed for one night i enjoyed very much.
 
There were not many channel on TV broadcasting in English. This was the only remark i can say.

Comfortable modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff
 
Wi-fi was unavailable on my 2nd night at hotel (8th July) - was told this was an issue with local broadband provider

Lack of parking is a major issue. Other hotels in the area do not require 24 Euro per day parking. Parking price is not competitive to other airport hotels.

Very impressed by the whole hotel, its amenities and its very friendly staff.
 
My TV was not working properly until the 2nd day of my stay. This was a minor inconvienence however.

Did not take breakfast,So no comment.I did experience Dinner and it was excellent food and excellent service. I did not use sports facility.So again no comment. See you all again Jan'24.

Hotel still brand new, good location, excellent staff friebdliness
 
Wifi did not work. Found my used coffee mug every day untouched with leftovers of cold coffee in the evening. All the other cuttlery was sorted and room service items removed. Very strange.
