very nice and good looking black haired serivce lady was on the shift.

on Tuesday morning for breakfast four tables around me have not been cleaned while I was eating. This was at least between 7:40 and 8:05. The room and some other places look like ran down and old fashioned. Something needs to be urgently renewed, like the boards below the wash bowl in room 125 or the old fashioned TV. In the curtain were three holes, most probably burend from a cigarette. In total the hotel did not impress me as it did when I was in the first time which was 2001. Today I can not recommend it compared to other modern hotels around.

Lovely service, perfect location, delicious dinner - overall lovely experience.

The room was a bit too hot and the heater hard to regulate. The pool was a bit too cold. But these are minor concerns.

Outstanding location (probably the best in Dresden). Surrounded by about 10 outstanding quality International food restaurants, all located in the building immediately next to the hotel. Room is nice and clean, with a very large marble jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Definitely not a 5 star quality thought, a little simple, so I would use a 4* definition.

needs some renovation, but really minor. Did not use breakfast, since it was too expensive for the amount of food (18 Euros). Restaurants next door have better breakfast, inluding brunch for 12 Euros.

The location of the hotel is in the very city center. Nice quiet spa, well looked after. Polite reception staff and friendly and attentive restaurant staff. Just rooms would soon need little bit investment. However, overall experience very positive.
